I Wonder If Soma Will Feature In Some Capacity

Now that the Masterchef has finished and the Apprentice isn’t due to start for a while, I’m on the lookout for new televisual experiences.

My quest to do this has led me to the TV this evening where a new show is starting called Grow Your Own Drugs, presented by this man, James Wong.

OH GOD NOT ANOTHER ONE WHO HAS HIS OWN TV SHOW AND IS YOUNGER THAN ME THE AUDACITY FOR THE LOVE OF EVERYTHING WHEN WILL I GET A SHOW PROMOTING MY SKEWED TAKE ON MODERN LIFE THIS ISN’T FAIR BBC I’M GOING TO RUN OFF AND CRY

Disappointingly, this show doesn’t feature hydroponics in someone’s greenhouse or coca plants more’s the pity, making this show the biggest bit of false advertising since Stoner’s Pot Palace.

Instead, it appears to be more of a gardening show: James is feeling a bit constipated, so he grows some figs and presumably makes some syrup of figs. (Hopefully he doesn’t wait until constipation strikes to start growing figs)

James makes a bath bomb.

Stuff like that.

I don’t have a garden though, so all of this is wasted on me. As long as there are many a chemist down the road from me I should be okay though.

This week I recommend cough syrup on the rocks, if you are feeling sick but still want to join in sociably.
